He gained initial fame in 2013 through comedic videos on the Vine app and has since expanded his career across various entertainment and philanthropic endeavors.

Juanpa was born to Fernando Martínez-Zurita Reed and Teresa Arellano. He has two brothers, Fernando and Andrés, and a sister, Paola.
